it's hot and it's wonderful

For some Finnish people this is probably the time of the year when you try so bad to imagine yourself in some warm place. It's sometimes hard to be Finnish cause in the winter it's damn cold outside ! Maybe I don't like winter so much because of my latino roots, who knows ? Warmth is something you need, and I've discovered my way to get that in the middle of winter as well ! I started hot yoga, couple of weeks ago, when I was pretty anxious and the cold weather got me really down. I feel so much better it's hard to think there's been just 10 lessons and I'm so into it. I think hot yoga is something every person should try. It helps balancing with your health and food habits, and the most importantly, your mind. My friends asked me to join them in Mac Donald's.. and I said no thanks, I'm going to yoga. It's true, when you start something this intensive, you start to crave for healthy foods.. oh and lots and lots of water. ;) Okay try it people, probably you fall in love like I did.
